New B17F AIR file.

This file corrects the problem of manoeuvrability to the ground of all 

B17F distributed by the A.C.T. publishing and notably the actb17bnu.zip, actb17f8.zip,

actb17f2.zip and 5thb17f.zip files. 

Choose your version of *.air file and don't forget that this type of 

plane operates himself to ground with motors, and also to brakes
